Not much beyond that???? That would be a great addition imo

It would definitely improve the random clump of 25-27 players noted as "1st round" it would be great to have some general idea where/how these players rank against each other.

I'd prefer a better scouting system to give me that information. GMs don't pay attention to anything Mel Kiper says. Why should I, if I'm a GM? I need to be out there scouting, creating my own board.

Yepp, I'm getting to understand you... just find the negatives.

EVERYBODY wants a new scouting system!!! That has 0 to do with Madden incorporating draft projections from NCAA13 or even with including some sort of big board feature.

So I have no clue why you bring up better scouting system, we all want that, but I don't see how it's related to this specific topic.

I honestly like this. If used correctly, it may force the computer to draft and even trade to draft per Best Player Available. In real life, I've seen a ton of times a team should have taken a player of need but instead took the BPA and drafted for need later on.

Like it or not, though, mock drafts greatly influence 80% of NFL teams as to who to take. Ask Miami and why they took Tannehill...haha.

EA isn't stupid, I'm sure since they are including mock drafts, they are looking more into drafting and importing. Therefore, they would have probably figured out a system based on NCAA ratings carrying over to Madden ratings.

Say a QB has a 99THA, then as a rookie maybe they could take away a percentage and give him say 92 for short throwing an 88 for mid and 86 or 87 for deep passing.

Throw Power wouldn't go down any because you are not going to lose arm strength unless you get injured or something like that. Same with things like Speed, Jumping, Juke Moves, Acceleration etc...

Personally, it was the potential of the upgraded individual AI player logic to actually compare and evaluate the best team for them every year, based on what the teams actual in-game actions, being used for contract signing is Madden 13, more so than the Mock Draft.

This topic probably needs its' own thread because utilizing a system like this in Madden has been long overdue, imo.

I'm assuming the mock draft would be more similar to Kipers top 200, think of it as that over a mock draft. It would be pointless for them to sync up perfectly because 1) that would require uploading a madden save weekly or at the end of the season, 2) a lot of added work and load times.

It's a cool feature and it's nice to see if your players are going pro, it will help those of us out that would prefer to not spend $120 out on football games get a better dynasty out.

Is it game changing? not at all but it's a solid piece of fluff.
