Feature - LIVE Ticker

I hope its like HC09 with the storylines on the bottom like "Lance Briggs signs a 5yr 40m deal with Rams" and all the trades posted during the draft like HC09 thru the ticker... I think this is a FEATURE thats not getting alot of love.

Especially now we no longer have to sim games then get recaps...we now get games going on the same time as us in CC when ur playing a game. thats kinda cool..i like it.

If I'm not mistaken, doesn't NCAA have a ticker this season? Is Madden waiting another year to improve implementation?

I think what they might have meant by "live ticker" was that "live" twitter/news feed

I hope not. If I'm not mistaken, I remember M04 even having a live ticker during franchise mode that presented game scores and such, during a game. I think EA should go back and play M04 and M05 and just implement anything that was good. Is that a difficult process or something? I haven't studied any programing before, so... yeah.

NCAA has the ESPN BottomLine in-game. I don't think there's an in-game equivalent for Madden, though it does appear that there is a news ticker for the frontend interface of CCM in addition to the Twitter feeds.

Maybe the ticker only shows up during in season games and not during play now games. Makes sense since there really is no reason to have a ticker in a play now game. This is just my guess. I hope there is an actual ticker.

Interesting. But, I'm sure that it's referring to the ticker in the Stories/Twitter feed area that scrolls "Your xbl Friend is online" or real NFL news, etc that's in all the recent maddens
