Player Morphing

In Madden 12 player morphing takes place way too often and affects the outcome of the game. When I throw a curl route were only the receiver should catch the ball, the defender will make an interception by jumping in front of the receiver by going through his foot, arm, or body. The defense is too aggressive and will morph into other players to make the play. Do defenders morph into players in Madden 13 to make plays, or is the glitch fixed?

From my understanding, player morphing is supposed to be eliminated in Madden 13.
