I just used my credit today, but it was a hassle because I tried to pre-order the hunger games blu-ray yesterday, but I realized I never recived a $15 credit promo. So I chatted with customer service rep and she gave me a code, which did not work. I was transferred to another support line and they said the promo never existed??!!!
So I had to find the link from this forum and email that before I finally got it.Comment

Keep in mind Toys R Us has this game for $44.99 if you pre-order it from them. Once you add it to your cart the price point of $44.99 shows up. Thus you get Madden 13 for $15 cheaper than retail cost. FYINBA 2K10Comment

@Big they told you the credit didn't exist because you weren't supposed to have it yet. the site says the credit would be sent 2 days after your item shipped. that way people aren't ripping them off by preordering and canceling just to get the 15 credit.Comment
