Are you going to do anything to equalize your online franchise?

I'm starting to set ours up for 2013 but we normally have a fantasy draft.

Our league normally has been 8-12 players so I try to group everyone so we have 2-3 full divisions. This gives the max # of non-CPU games.

We're having a lot of arguments over how to make the teams even. Does anyone have any suggestions?

to better balance teams AND do a fantasy draft, i having each owner in my league keep 1 player of their choice while i drop the next 10 best into FA.

from there, we have a 10 round FA draft of all those studs. it is a lot of work typing in each player rating on a forum, but you can copy/paste mine if you are interested in doing something like that for your guys.

i think in the end, it will really help balance teams and give us all a little taste of a fantasy draft. probably have to turn salary cap off, and REALLY be conscious about drafting within your scheme.

*additional notes: i did snake draft order in 4 sections based on QB overall (pre-drop). most guys liked it, some were kinda meh...can't please everyone.

since you only have 8-12 guys, you would probably have to draft for the CPU teams which would suck...but again, it is really the only way :/

I'm thinking about letting people pick from 2 teams in each division (2 divisions in each conf. That way we get some human games and everyone is in the playoffs.

This is what I came up with. Max point difference is 6.

NFC East - Giant 84
NFC East - Eagles 84

NFC North - Packers 86
NFC North - Bears 81

AFC East - Patriots 86
AFC East - JEts 79

AFC North - Steelers 85
AFC North - Ravens 80
