Love the game....but

I'm pretty upset that you are REQUIRED to be logged into PlayStation Network in order to start the game. See, I work at the Fire Dept and we have no internet connection available. So, my three days early release was just chopped down to 1 day due to the fact that I can't log in to PSN in which the early release requires. Now, Im sure this should have been common sense to know, but Im new to Season ticket experience...i feel like is just wasted 30$. Well, tomorrow i shall put forth as much time as possible into the game i guess

COMPLETELY off topic but I don't think you can have that signature around here. No political stuff on OS, this is a video game message board. I have never reported anyone but if you don't change that, this will be a first.

Im going to assume that is only for the season pass though? to prevent people from copying the file to another system? they wont have to do this with the hard copy

I guess you should tell that to the OS Mods and admins because that's part of the TOS, not something I made up. Been here a little over a year so I guess it's a testament to how well the site is ran that I went this long before running into this type of stuff.

But yeah, Im sure its only an early release thing for exactly that reason or sovthey can cancel the game after the 3 day countdown. Thats why i wish i had thought harder about the purchase beforehand or read more into any agreement if it was stated. Just bugs me that i cant play yet.

I don't wanna jack this thread, but I think the other dude was probably just trying to help the OP from getting BANNED. The mods seem to have a zero tolerance policy. Speak your mind, just remember you are a guest on someone's privately owned message board. So they make the rules. Ive got experience with that.

Anyways, i understand EAs point in having the network requirement. Just wish there was a different way they could have gone about it.

To the peanut gallery talking ignorantly about freedom of speech, that does not override the TOS on a privately owned message board.

Yeah, i know at one point when i moved i didn't have internet and would spend a few hours at a friends place using his. fortunately I have it now....but if not id have probably went to his house to DL the early release ultimately screwing myself. Luckily that's not the case. But working 24 hour shifts. After a 3 hour DL last night i was expecting to put forth a ton of game time today. Not goin to happen. I have all of sunday to do it though and back to work on monday.
