I had a thought today while starting up a new CCM. Would it be a better idea to choose to progress players every 4 weeks or every year, instead of weekly? This is what I am wondering. Will the CPU use all of the individual players XP each time progression is available, or will it save some up, to make a more significant upgrade? I hope this makes sense.
I wouldn't want the CPU making an upgrade to a player JUST because it's the only one he has points for, and it happens to be time for upgrades. For example. If a player earns an average of 1000 points per week, but the only upgrade they can afford is for stamina, or toughness, will the CPU just keep upgrading those, and not store points away for an upgrade that costs more XP?
I also just noticed that I set player progression to every 4 weeks, yet it's still an option each week.
What do you guys think?
Also, I am sorry if this has been answered. I've read through a lot of threads and did a search, but couldn't find anything.
