Retire online ccm coaching can I be a player instead?

I'm in an online CCM with my friends and I am the comm, but I'm tired of coaching and want to be a player instead. I was wondering if there was anyway I could retire and just play as a player or will it close the ccm which would suck because we are in year 3, anyone know if I could retire as a coach and make a player in the same ccm without any hiccups?
