I won a SB with NYJ year 1 but want a bigger challenge. When I go to demand release there's a lock on it so I can't select that option. Can anyone help? How do I demand a release as a coach??

You have to be doing bad to suggest your release. Also you can say no to the end of year extension.

This is a lie. you can only suggest a a release from the time the playoff starts until Superbowl week... and i was not able to get a job offer until my 3rd Superbowl so make sure you have a lot of points to get a job offer
