Madden NFL 13 CCM Roster Ratings Slightly Different From Play Now Rosters

Wanted to let everybody know that the Connected Careers rosters will have rating differences from Play Now.

That is intentional. There aren't a lot, but we had to do that to solve some depth chart issues since Connected Careers depth charts...

Work differently than Play Now depth charts.

We know they are different and that is intentional. Just FYI.

This will continue to happen going forward all year.

Right now the online CCM uses the 53-man roster, while Play Now (offline/online) uses the week 2 roster.

Right now the online CCM uses the 53-man roster, while Play Now (offline/online) uses the week 2 roster.

Online CCM - Choose between 53-man or preseason 75-man.
Offline CCM - It looks like teams have 58 to 60 players on their roster. (Not sure what that's all about)

Probably includes some Practice Squad and IR guys that are currently on teams.

If I were to start my offline CCM this weekend, which roster would be the best to choose? I ask because will it be messed up if I pick the 53 man roster over the 75 man roster when I go through preseason and do my cuts?

Probably includes some Practice Squad and IR guys that are currently on teams.

Right they are going to have guys listed on the roster that are on IR and should be at the bottom of the depth chart for each position.

Shouldn't have to make many if any cuts if your already at 53. Hell you could pick up a bunch of free agents if you wanted to and then start your own 75 man roster with the updated 53 man one.

The new online CCM roster isn't a 53 man roster either. The Cowboys for example have like 62 players.

This whole online/offline CCM stuff is just stupid. They should have had CCM offline only and then just had online franchise separate imho.

So if you decided to go with the "53" man roster, do you start at week 1 instead of the preseason?

I hate the preseason in madden, the CPU team just makes a bunch of terrible moves when i just want the rosters to kinda resemble what they look like now for a few weeks.
