start your online career, pick your character/team, and then go to start league and then you should have an option to start it with regular rosters or start a fantasy draft.

Start the franchise and pick all the settings. Once you do that it'll take you to the front page. There should be a button that lets you choose whether to start the season, or start a fantasy draft.

Can you fantasy draft in a offline franchise and man the AI percent of running the ball really kills any enjoyment that was ever there playing the AI, Madden developers please BETA for the love of all that is good.

For me it was the button that you usually use to "Start your league"

After I selected it, I was offered the choice of default or fantasy draft.

You have to be a coach to select it though.
