How do you use practice?

You can look at it that way if it makes practice more fun, but gameplay wise it's really dumb.

The easy win practice is the only one you need. 1800 for coach, 1500 for all players, goes fast, it's great

Edit: EA tweeted me back and told me that the harder practices are for more xp and play time factors into it also. So just a heads up. Not really sure what it meant since everyone is having different outcomes.

Honestly, I think length has more to do with how much XP the players get. Easy Win is 3 quarters and they get 1500. 2 minute drill is 2 minutes and they get 800.

Doing the first pratice play and winning it gives all youre players 1000 xp.
So you can do that atleast 20 times giving your players 20.000xp without the xp from matches. Perfect to progres your back ups
