CC: Why wasn't there an Scrambling QB option?

The only options that would give you some decent speed are the West Coast & Balanced QB options.

From playing, I see that 74-75 speed isn't even good enough to get separation from a defensive end.

It plays as if my QB's speed is 60 or something.

On average, I earn about 2,000- 3,000 xp points per week. With the Speed costing around 20,000+, it would take two-three seasons (if not more) to bring the QB's speed up to 90.

Do you guys think that EA will offer an XP pack or something?

Turn down speed threshold to '0', but most 4-3 ends have mid 70's speed and some are in the 80's so you're likely as fast or slower than the pursuit, so you shouldn't really be creating to much separation.

I will try this out. Thank you.

Players can't really get faster in real life, so I don't have any problem with you needing to take 3 seasons to get from 74 to 90 Speed.

I completely agree. However, when creating your player CC you don't have the option to set your ratings yourself. You get a predetermined set based on the type of player you select.

I don't have an issue with the preset ratings as a rookie, but I would definitely like to see a "Dual Threat QB" as an option going forward. Right now, West Coast is as close as you get- Which isn't QUITE close enough out of the gate for those of us looking to enter the NFL as the next Vick, Griffin etc.

I'm ok with the preset ratings too for the most part. But since you are a gamechanger maybe you could ask them about being a S in CCM. When selecting a S type Balanced, Playmaker, and Prototype can only be a FS and Run Stopping can only be a SS. Not sure if it was designed that way or just an oversight but I wanted to be a Prototype SS and can't. So if I want to play SS I'm stuck with Run Support in which his AGI rating is terrible.

Edit-It is also this way when choosing an OLB but I can't remember all those details. I think you can only be a LOLB for most of the types on there. Can't select to be a ROLB 3/4 pass rusher for instance.
