Have you ever seen the computer pick "kickoff?"

I've only seen it once in dozens of games. I am a fan of kick strategy if winning the toss, or at least selecting against the wind direction (or with it, since the wind bug shows it reversed, please patch ea!)

In real life don't a lot of teams also use this strategy? Get big defensive stops in the beginning and also get the ball to start the second half?

I wish the Ai would do this more, so far only once has the Ai selected kickoff.

I haven't seen it this year, but prior years I had. I always choose kick off if I win, I just like to receive at the end of the half. Would like to see teams with good defenses choose kick off since a lot of teams do that to get momentum right away.

That pretty much stops after college. Almost no NFL teams ever do it, so I understand the AI never picking it.

Yes and I know there are certain coaches who use this strategy I just can't remember their names.

Is that the go-to insult on these forums? nobody knows football except you

so true, why would a FBS midwest or whatever team your playing in the first week, kick off to a top 10 opponent at their own stadium? makes no sense to me

I was just asking a question to see if anyone else has seen many defers or options to kick. It's a small thing yes but something EA should have in there

I've seen you post this sentimate in quite a bit of threads and you really need to learn the difference between complaining and starting a discussion.

I saw him do nothing but ask a question out of curiosity to see if anyone else was seeing it.

Can you point out where the complaining was?
