Can someone fix the simulation in this game?

The simulation in corrected career mode really needs to be fixed. I'm playing against QBs like Drew Brees, Matt Ryan, and Philip Rivers and they're barely cracking 100 yards passing and I'm getting huge leads on them. It doesn't make the game fun (or realistic).

"Corrected Careers" must be a Freudian Slip.

I'm hoping it gets patched properly, also.

i tried this a few games ago and a few guys seem to be seeing the same thing...

at the beginning of the game at / before kickoff pause the game and switch gameflow off

its still in testing but the reports are teams passing on 1st down more and a larger playcall change up

some teams are more prone to the run but it seems toned down doing this especial with pass first teams

When you create a coach, set your defense to defend run 70/30 or something high like this. I tried it when I created my Vikings coach (call my own plays anyways) and the 49ers threw the ball 36 times for 284 yards, rushed 22 times for 110 something yards. Then against the Bills, they threw the ball 31 times. Beats the 20-26 pass attempts barely reaching 200 yards like before.

I'm currently 21st rated defense and 19th Offense. Is this average for the Vikings?

You need to visit the slider forum, and stop using the simulation word, because it made it sound like you wanted quick sim changes when you just need better sliders.

Sliders are the way to go. I'm working on some of my own to get the game stats more realistic. Out of the box that doesn't happen.

But that is "fun". The casual fan is only interested in winning. Thats who EA targets with madden.

Making broad sweeping statements without any specifics is not going to accomplish anything. If you want help, ask for help, with specifics as to what mode you play in, offline/online, position, current settings you use, etc. Otherwise people will assume, and it might not help you.
