How long are your quarters for a player career?

Im having a hard time because it seems to depend on how much is simmed and how much is played. And that amount seems to change from game to game.

On player career? Where you play one position. Not coach mode. I tried 15 minutes but ended up with like 100 snaps per team or something crazy like that. And the scoreboard looked like a basketball scoreboard.

For player mode i do 10 minute clock with 15 acc
Coach is 15 minute with 11 acc

What position are you playing? I'm doing a defensive CCM where I play SS. I played with 10 min quarters and 15 sec acc clock. No matter what team I used my offense was dead last. My top tacklers on def were far below the league leaders because we played far fewer snaps (there is a stat that shows snaps played).

I have recently started experimenting with 15 min quarters and 10 sec acc clock. I have not witnessed basketball scores yet and my offense is putting up much better numbers in terms of yardage. Games have been pretty competitive. Only thing I've noticed out of whack is my starting running back is getting like 40+ carries a game because the CPU doesn't use auto subs.

I thought it was going to take me a long time to play a game on those settings but so far I'm around 30-40 mins to play a full game.

I'm playing a QB career, with 7 min quarters, NO acc clock. It's all you need for decent stats in player mode.

Acc clock doesn't really make a difference when simming the cpu plays.

I use 7 min quarters with 20 sec run off. I play a DE and a TE. I haven't experimented much with it yet but on my DE, my offense always performs really poorly. I'm with the chargers.

Super sim doesn't account for accelerated clock. So the ONLY option for realistic stats when super simming is involved is 7 - 8 min. qtrs.
