I have noticed that when I start a new offline CC and set the instant start option to Off. That it resets every time back to On when I do a practice or game. I have to manually turn it off every time to ensure I don't automatically start ahead of the guy on the DC in front of me being a lower rated player. Is there anyway to not have to do this?
