Can't get Custom Rosters to work for offline CCM

Trying to start CCM for the first time since the patch is out, and for some reason everytime I choose to "import my madden roster" it only includes the traded guys and their new ratings I gave them, and not the new ratings my original teammates have.

For example, I picked up Chad Johnson in free agency and made him an 89, upped Amendola's rating and Daryl Richardson, but only Chad's rating is affected, while Richardson is still a 58.

I am editing them before I make a CCM. And in CCM they only have the option to edit gear and not ratings.

What am I doing wrong? This is driving me nuts.

Change your scheme to one that fits the player. Its likely that your increases had a negligible amount on the players ovr in the scheme. For instance, Richardson I believe is a speed back. If you leave it at power back, your increases to acceleration/juke move/ etc. won't do much.
