My question is does anybody in this vast knowledge base, know what the associated yardage is for those ratings? ie. SAC=accuracy on passes of 1-5 yards. Thanks.

Re: SAC, MAC, DAC
This is a good question. I would guess that SAC is 0-10 yards, MAC is 10-20 yards and DAC is 20+ yards, but that's only a guess. Would like to know a concrete answer as well.NBA 2K17 SimWorld MyLEAGUE: So Much Drama in the DMV - A Baltimore Bullets Expansion MyLEAGUE

I'd guess it was 0-15 yards from the QB, not from the line of scrimmage, for short accuracy.Teams: Minnesota Vikings, Cincinnati Reds, Marshall Thundering Herd, Virginia Tech Hokies (2010 alum)Comment

Some info on accuracy....
Throw accuracy is a controversial and poorly understood rating in Madden 13. Many quarterbacks who have high throw accuracy ratings frustrate players who have difficulty hitting open wide receivers with them (cough, cough Matt Ryan). One reason for this is Madden 13 divides accuracy into short, medium, and deep accuracy. The throw accuracy rating is […]
Following link on the Pass mechanics of Madden is using DAC to equal any pass 20 yards or greater....
It's been three days since EA Sports released the full Madden 13 attribute ratings for Quarterbacks. You can find it here: http://www.e...
So if Madden here, considers DAC to equal 20+ yards, then the idea of SAC = <8 yards and MAC = 9-19 yards might be close to correct, maybe?Last edited by californ14; 10-31-2012, 03:12 PM.Comment

According to the following 3rd down pass stats of NFL QB's....(found under the "passing" drop down menu.")
3rd & Long: 8+
3rd & Medium: 3-7
3rd & Short: <3
Granted: this isn't Madden, but maybe gives a bit of an idea- and if this is what the NFL believes short, medium, and Long to be - then it may be best Madden follow what is "in the game"?

Well, that's third down. Generally, those terms refer to the offenses chance of picking up the 1st. Short gives them real good chance (can run or pass), medium not as good (chances are they have to pass and D is prepared), and long is little to no chance (O pretty much has to pass, though may run a screen or draw).Comment
