Connected Career Mode Problems

Hi everyone,

I'm a long time madden fan, especially franchise mode. When I heard about connected career mode, I thought it would be a major update to the old franchise version, but instead I just keep finding new things wrong with it. I was getting excited after the last patch, but now I've found more things wrong with it that limit what you can do.

Just wanted to know how you guys thought about it, and if you think thered be another patch for it before the season is over. Also, if there are any updates on patches, please let me know.

Many hardcore franchise guys don't like it....but that's about the limited editing and such moreso than the mode itself. No, there won't be another patch most likely. $20 or less and you can get some value from it. More than that and your likely to get very frustrated.

In order for us to comment, you need to let us know where and how you feel ccm is worse than franchise?

Also, I just found I have a copy of M12, did that franchise mode have a draft and auto qb(coach mode)? If it does I might have to give the old franchise mode a spin 'round the block and then I can really answer your questions

I get frustrated with ccm in madden 13. They combined franchise and superstar from madden 12 and previous years. Not sure about auto qb, but m12 did have a draft in it

I love it.

Most of the issues I've had with it aren't huge issues. I've played five seasons now since the Oct. 16th patch and can't stop playing. I think it would be a lot better if it was more of an Owner/GM mode rather than Head Coach but I am still having an absolute blast with it compared to last years.
