Practice
I am in an online league and was wondering does practice help or hurt you players for when they play in the game?

Re: Practice
From a progression standpoint, it doesn't hurt you if you don't play, but if you're a Strategist (the only coach I've played) the XP you earn appears to not only go to you, but to your team yourself. So not playing the practice games 'hurts' you in the sense that they don't progress as quickly as they could if you did practice.Comment

What are we taking about?
One thing I have wondered, having two injury prone players in Bob Sanders and Austin Collie...has anybody seen an injury in practices?
In 6 games Sanders and Collie have combined to go down around 10 times in game situations. Yet to see anything happen to them in practice.Comment
