Help with Madden 12!!!

I am wanting to play a 2013 Franchise for Madden 12, but the game starts two seasons behind. Can anyone help me on how to get an updated roster for 2013, a solid draft class for 2013, ect? If I simulate 2 seasons on its own everything is messed up. And with the 2012 rookies, I want them where they should be but not have them in the 2011 season when I sim that.
Help is very appreciated.

That roster is kinda out of date. I am thinking of using a up to date roster with created rookies, deleting the rookies and using very good 2012/2013 draft classes.

Anyone know of really good draft classes for PS3?
