CCM GM's (help needed)

We added a new guy to our league a few days ago and became the owner of the Seahawks. During the day yesterday he switched teams and became the Patriots and he quickly cut A. Hernandez and A. Beason.

After that he left the Patriots and became the coach of the Redskins so he could pick up A. Hernandez and Beason from the FA wire.

Obvisiouly I booted him immediately but my question is what is the best way for me to correct these roster moves?

You can't.

They should be returned to NE on the 1 year deal, then need to be resigned. They still will suffer the cap penalties from the cuts.

What season are you on? If it's one of the first years of the CCM, try starting an offline one to see what their salary and signing bonus is.
Someone needs to resign them to the Patriots and then, once the season ends, you will need to make an offer that mimics their current deals minus the cap hit they took this year.

The only way to do it would be to leave my team and sign on as the redskins and then as the pats right? I'm just making sure there isnt a more simple work around.

Id have someone else do it, a friend or poster here, so you don't lose your own coaching stats/score/etc.
