Madden 2003 - how do I import my logo into the game?

Hey you all!

Probably a strange thread, but I bought Madden 03 for PC (had it as a kid for the PS2 and wanted to play it again) and have a problem for which I did not find a solution:

I read that 03 lets you create your own logo and put that into the game for the create-a-team feature.
I then proceeded to create the logos that I wanted: I simply downloaded pictures, put them into paint, adjusted the size, the colours and the format to the way it was described in the manual. I then saved them into seperate folders with the names "helmet", "midfield" etc. which I put into the "customart" folder which was created by madden itself.
Then I started the game and wanted to create my own team, but I still can only choose between the couple of given logos and don't know how to import my own logos... your help would be greatly appreciated!


Edit: Also, I cannot for my live find the "custom team logos" screen that is described in the manual...

Ok, so now I am able to get my logos into the game. The problem was that I changed the location of the madden folder. I put it back where it was and now I can choose the logos I created.

The only problem left now is that when I choose my logo for the helmet, the helmet is just plain white and I cannot edit it. Does anybody know how to fix that?
