Anyone Know if XP is in M25?

I actually prefer this system as it allows me to upgrade the attributes I think are important for my style. However, it definitely needs some tweaking as regression was non existent last year. Also, requiring your 2nd/3rd string qb to throw for 4800yds to get a bonus seems idiotic since there is no way you could have all 3 qb's throw for that many yards.

Personally i hope its not. I would kinda welcome back "potential" .

XP is too hard to justify , either you cant enough , or you get to much.

That second paragraph is scary though. You can upgrade guys even faster? I already thought it was a little fast. Hopefully, they counter that with some severe regression. And the CPU needs to upgrade more than just Toughness. Guess it will be a wait and see type thing.

That second paragraph far more than scary. Terrifying might be the word. Upgrade my players faster than ever before? Like this game needs more 99 overalls...

It says that you can't upgrade high rated OVR guys much more

so if your guy starts at 90+ OVR its going to be hard to up him. I am sure that the "upgrade guys faster" is for the lesser players.
