Play as another team

I will be playing offline owner mode as 1 team (Eagles). But can I play as another team once in awhile? For instance play a Vikings game to go monster with Peterson or a Patriots game to carve up a defense with Brady?

That sucks. I really hate how they've taken that out of the game the last two years.
