Re: Relocation
Great add but would be pointless if overdone. In reality there is likely only 3 teams who might relocate in the next 10 years and thats if one or two can sort there very long leases out.
One in L.A and a overseas in either London or Mexico are likely locations. Likely Jags one and a past franchise from L.A such as Rams or Raiders.
No answers but a question.
If the all available option is off are any franchise able to relocate from the start?Comment

Re: Relocation
From what I've seen is the 1st yr you CAN'T build a new stadium or relocate! Which for me is pointless so ill prob turn this option off. Very disappointed in thisComment

Re: Relocation
The teams out of the gate are Raiders, Rams, Jags, Titans, Jets, and I can't remember the others. There are two, maybe three others.

Re: Relocation
I was messing with the relocation modes just because I wanted to know the difference between everyone and normal. I was doing a 32 team control and toggled the option to everyone. Pre-season week 3 rolls around and I am given the option as the Patriots to relocate even though I did not select the option (I couldn't anyways). I am pretty sure the everyone option allows any team to start the relocation process without the restrictions. Normal mode will only allow teams to relocate that qualify based on the restrictions.Comment

Re: Relocation
Saints also have the option of relocating in the first year, but I think it may be buggy. In messing around with it last night, Drew Brees retires after the first year if you relocate, but stays around if you do not move the team.Comment

Re: Relocation
Before you start your franchise, you need to double check the "Franchise Relocation" checkbox on your settings. If you set it to "off" no one moves, or builds new stadiums. I believe you can only upgrade what you have. If you set it to "normal", the "relocation rules" apply where you need to be low in revenue and have a stadium rating in the dirt (I believe it is 20 or lower, not sure). If you set it to "no restrictions", anyone can, and will relocate.
In my franchise (set to normal), the Rams moved to Mexico City and Memphis asked me to relocate there (I am the Bills, and I declined).Comment

Re: Relocation
Yes you can. But you can only do it with certain teams. Because your stadium rating has to be below 40 to rebuild, and below 30? maybe 20, to relocate.
