That's pretty cool that they have career ending injuries in the game, IMO

......until my star player has a career ending injury.

I find this kind of stuff amazing. It's what makes the mode fun. The alternate universe of Madden.

These kinds of unexpected troubles cause, in my view, fascinating reverberations in the overall landscape of the game.

If such events did not occur, the mode would be far less interesting to me. A great storyline?

I'm a Browns fan. If Richardson gets career-ended in my franchise I would yell "OH MY GODDDD" shove my head into my palm, and then laugh as loud as possible and tell my buddies. Then, I'd look at how I could try to recover from such a blow. It would take some time. But how fascinating!

That's what makes franchise mode excellent.

Consider it a blessing of strategy and random chance?

For my 7 year old's birthday I bought an autographed card of his favorite player, Mr. Knox. Why it was his favorite player I will never understand, but anyway, it showed up in the mail from Ebay, I gave it to him, and that sunday we were watching the Bears play the Seahawks.....long story short.....there IS NO RESTART BUTTON IN REAL LIFE. **** HAPPENS.

Week 2 ? Just restart your franchise then. Or try and replace him. Clowney would be a good replacement if you did an import draft
