A way to set specific player subs for formations?

I want to Vareen next to Brady when in shotgun & anytime I call a screen. However, I still want to use Ridley as my workhorse in regular formations. Is there a way to set this up without having to put subs in every game? So I can just start the game and vareen will come out on shotgun & screen situations.

You have to put your formation subs in at the beginning of every game while on your first drive.
