How long until a patch drops?

Did it take EA a long time to put up the first patch last year?

I'm thinking about holding off on purchasing Madden until the first patch drops.

Especially in light if the repeating draft classes bug, and player prgression and sim stats issues.

I did do a search, and yielded no useful results as each thread I found didn't contain the answer I was looking for.

Last year, the first big patch dropped on September 11th so I'm expecting around the same this year.

OK, thanks. I'll give it a week before I plop down my $$$.

I'm a big franchise guy, so the repeating draft class bug worries me. But I'd like to think they will at least fix that.

The answer is that we never know ahead of time. If you aren't familiar with the process, which has been detailed many times here on this board, EA puts together a patch, it gets tested for an amount of time, it gets sent to MS and Sony, they approve it(or deny it and EA has address whatever issues it needs to and resubmits it) and then, FINALLY, it can be released to us. Because EA never knows if the hardware people (MS,Sony) will reject any portion or not, they don't tell us ahead of time whats in the patch or when it can be expected to be released.

I have read all of those threads, and the answer IS in many of them. Anyone who thinks they can name a date is blindly guessing. Several years ago we didn't get the 1st BIG patch until October. One year, or past years, really is no indicator.

The answer is the same as it is every year: We won't know until the patch is done, approved, and released to the public.

Will EA come out with a patch anytime soon?

Im hoping EA will come with a patch to address the ease of the running game and the laser pinpoint accuracy of Brandon Weeden. These two issues alone makes me want to leave Madden alone until November when the ps4 drops.

I don't mind waiting a bit for a patch.

I feel like they will fix the draft class thing, and hopefully the schemes being glitched in Owners Mode. We'll see!

Goto setting click on user teams hit A for the action button and select the make commissioner action (in other words switch commish). I tried this with the bills in the scheme setting switching them from 4-3 to 3-4 and it sticks idk why.

With Madden coming out on XB1 and PS4 in 2 months, I would just wait. I kind of wish I did.

The patch is called Madden 15 and comes out next year at this time.

were almost 3 weeks from release, and no word on a patch yet?? We got rookies as team captains, xp points disappearing, white long sleeves on every rookie, OUR PETS HEADS ARE FALLING OFF!!!!

Maybe if you stopped moving our threads around people would see them and not repeat same thread subjects. There's a better way to organizing your site than just telling people to use the search function. Maybe the problem isn't us.........

really don't care if I get banned from this site for stating my opinion either cause I barely post on this thing.
