Teams that could realistically relocate?

I'm looking to start a franchise & wanted to relocate the team I'm controlling. So what teams would be the most realistic of actually relocating in real life?

There has been talk for many years, at least here in central and western NY state, about the Bills moving to Toronto.

I am running a Raiders franchise and am moving them back to LA.

If you're looking for complete realism, these are your options with the most realistic location:

1.) Jacksonville Jaguars
2.) Buffalo Bills
3.) St. Louis Rams
4.) Oakland Raiders
5.) San Diego Chargers

Buffalo would likely relocate to Toronto with the rest being slotted for Los Angeles.

I just got this game yesterday... first thing i did was relocate my Raiders to LA... which i really feel could happen in a few years.

Their lease in Oakland expires in 2014... so i just went with it.

I thought it was a nice touch that after i chose to relocate... all the news said was...
"Raiders move their historic franchise BACK to LA"... knowing they have already been there once.

That made me smirk.

I wanted to move The Rams and Raiders both back to LA, which you can do. One thing that killed it for me though was I read that if you keep the same team name that the field doesnt change. So the EndZone will still say Oakland. Can anyone confirm this?

I then wanted to move the Bills to Toronto and change the logo, but I thought all of the uniforms sucked. Especially the Huskies uniforms, I thought their logo was the best but the uniform colors dont even match the logo colors!

I also want to move the Jags to Houston and bring back the Oilers.

The endzone art will be what it would be for the Super Bowl. I moved the Rams to LA, and the end zone art is now blue, the NFC logo is there and it says St. Louis Rams with St. Louis in small letters cause that's what it is on the logo.

One thing I noticed last night which really pisses me off, is for Deluxe Hybrid and Deluxe Sphere, the time of day remains the same for the outside of the stadium. Meaning, it will always look like 8pm.

You guys saying Jacksonville are idiots. The owner is putting the world's biggest scoreboard in Everbank field, he's made numerous other upgrades already to the stadium and is buying up tons of property in Jacksonville, there hasn't been a blackout since 2009, and last year they sold more tickets than a dozen other teams.

Get with the times, buffoons. San Diego, Oakland, and St. Louis would all relocate long before the Jags.

You need to get realistic Jags fan, the owner of your team also just bought Fulham FC and the Jags are playing in London twice over the next two years to gauge interest. Most likely they will be there by the start of 2017

London isn't even logistically possible for the NFL. Half the stadium covered in tarps? There's like one or two sections tarped off, and even with the tarps the Jags still sell more tickets than the Steelers. Attendance has been on the rise for years now. Tampa Bay and Miami both suck wind compared to Jax in blackouts and ticket sales.

If anything you'll see Fulham playing exhibition games in Florida.

Why would the owner blow all the money on this?
