For those with those systems, For Madden games can YOu make playbooks or Plays on them? Can you edit the players?

Vita version of madden 13 is madden 12 from the 360 reskinned, as far as im aware anything in that is in the vita version. PSP I have no idea though.
On a side note the for a handheld game, the vita versions pretty great.

Don't know if you are thinking about the PS4, but supposedly if you have WiFi, you can stream Madden 25 from the PS4 to the Vita, play Madden 25 on the Vita. That's my plan

I love Madden 13 on the Vita. As dubsflyt said, it is just a mobile version of Madden 12, but for a mobile gaming system, that's amazing. I have not looked lately (I have been playing 25 on my 360 lately), but I do not believe you can create or edit players. The Vita version is way better than the PSP versions to prior editions of Madden.

Yeah what I think it is, is you cant create players, but you can edit them to some extent, as some people on here were creating a roster update for this year, unfortunately vita saves arn't transferable. But the games pretty good for a portable game, basically the only complaint I can think of is its somewhat slow to advance weeks in franchise.

Sorry soo long in getting back to this, but I wonder, can we make plays or playbooks on vita? M-12 or 13?
