I am sure this question has been addressed buuuuut I am going to ask anyway.

I am doing an online coach mode by myself. I dont have time in my day to do full 15 minute quarters so I have it set at 7 minutes per quarter. I still want realistic stats for that given amount, but it seems that only the games I play are at 7 minutes and CPU games are at a full 15 minute quarter. Is this true?

If it is true, I could have sworn there was a option in league setting to change simulated games minutes to your desired amount, or am I just crazy?

Crazy. All you should focus on is making sure the teams average 120 plays per game and you will be comparable to the sim stats.

Well my games will never average that, but that's not what I am worried about. What I ment was I want it to be realistic stats for being 7 minutes. I don't need it to be stats of a 15 min quarter, just shrunk stats for 7 minute quarters however that seems to be impossible for the entire league since I guess all simmed games are set at 15 minutes.

I am only assuming though, because I am ranked 32nd in offense and 1st on defense. So I am wondering if I am assuming correctly?

Is there anyone who can just answer that regardless of what my quarter length is set at, the other games will be simulated at 15min quarters? As well if that's true, can I fix that?

There is no option to change sim quarter length.
