Owner mode Question: Stadium upgrades

Im the Titans owner in my second yr and looking to spend money upgrading the seats from level 2 to 3. Will upgrading that actually add seats (which hopefully brings more revenue) or will it just "upgrade" the comfort of the seats? ?

I think I tested this because I had the same question, and no, it didnt add seats just increased the seat 'level' and subtracted my dough. I didnt play a home game to see if it increased fan happiness or not but I believe that is all its supposed to do.

Thanks then. I'll test it out and see if the number of tickets sold is any different or if my revenue for tickets goes up at all. If not this is crap.

I'm really debating if I should renovate the bathrooms or upgrading the seats.

Nope I haven't had the option to yet. But I heard about guys doing that in other threads and how they end up in 10s of millions of dollars in the red. That would be hard to sign FAs and include bonus money in their contracts in debt.

Yea, I would imagine you would have to build up your funds, so probably 7 to 10 years deep into your franchise.

I have the option to renovate RFK, but I am too scared to do that in my league. Maybe after I have re-signed all my players I want to keep. The stadium is something like 16 years old after all.

I built a new stadium my first preseason in my offline fantasy draft with the Vikings. Picked the deluxe futuristic one and in year 2 am #2 in total funds with $100 mil +... Its doable

Renovating just raises the overall to 99 which helps with fan happiness. While upgrading it increases it to the next level while bring it to a 99 overall. So say you upgrade your lvl 1 concessions to lvl 2 you can now sell lvl 2 items where as if you just renovate you bring up the overall and increase happiness but will not get moved up to lvl 2.
