    Unlocking Coach Ditka w/o pre-order code?

    Is there anyway to unlock Ditka, or any of the other coaches that are locked, if you don't have the pre-order code? Sorry if this has been asked 1000 times.

      I didn't pre-order and he came out of retirement in my CFM last weekend in year #2 when I started a new career
