Unlocking all Legends/Coaches

Question: Is there a master code or some way to have a roster where all the legends and legend coaches/owners are available? I don't have Internet to get them through Ultimate Team, and I can't find any pre-order codes anywhere. I could download a Madden Share roster if one exists. I'd just like to be able to use all the locked legends(like Montana) and locked coaches(Ditka), and I even saw there were some legend owners.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, and rewarded with a roast beef sammich.

I did nothing, ie no MUT or online team play, and Jimmy Johnson in one and Ditka in the other showed up as coaches in the first offseason of my offline CFM's
