Salary Cap Work Around

I'm in year 3 of my franchise and all but 4 teams (mine included) are not way above the salary cap. Is there a work around for this? Last year a bunch of good players were dumped to free agency. This upcoming year will be way worse with almost every team strapped for cash. Any suggestions?

you could turn off the salary cap. once it's off though, it can never be turned back on.
