Question about CFM

I've never played Madden 25 and was planning of starting my CFM as an Owner. My question is, as an Owner, do you still actually play the games or is it all simulation?

As, can I import players from NCAA into the draft?

Yes and yes. You can play the games if you want, and you are given the option to import your draft classes from NCAA each season.
