Re: Madden 15/ Game prep?

i disagree with with 2k points for the entire roster but i i get annoyed at only 3-5 players getting anything a week, and in playoffs i only got prompted to improve lolb skill or confidence 9after they are in the playoffs?)

the next thing is the offseason, it say game prep but its locked ...

what i would like is a way to improve the team, coaches and players

ie like weekly prep for nfl2k5, i choose physical conditioning, film, drills etc. that wasnt overpowered and it didnt increase ovrs much but the team benefited. i also want minicamp like madden 08 pc plug in

none of which is rocket science and its like "in the game" !!!

i cant believe i have 2 rt drills 2 centre drills but no left tackle, guards, fbs, k, p, st, dt and de iirc (only dline 6 hours)

more than a little disappointed i can never progress my FB, especially if they hit 2600 rushing yards they get 1000 exps !!! woooot

Re: Madden 15/ Game prep?

While the newer games are obviously way superior overall, I do miss how the Maddens of a few years ago didnt have all this extra stuff. Sort of enjoyed the older Franchise Modes more enjoyable.

I try to use the Game Prep but havent really noticed if it makes my players any better. sort of using all my hours on young guys to increase stats but havent really noticed anything.

Re: Madden 15/ Game prep?

There is just never an even balance in almost everything EA does. Yes the 2000xp for every player was too much. Well now its just way too little IMO. Couldnt they have cut it in half or something. 1000xp for every player? but as it is now if your in a lg full of users the guys with the already stacked teams are just that much further ahead. At least you used to take a terrible team and make them competitive in a season or two. Doesnt seem to be the case anymore, if your playing by yourself im sure its no big deal but in bigger leagues its very tough.

It's also nice to be able to run backups through drills to keep them fresh and improving

Re: Madden 15/ Game prep?

Years ago (2004?) they used to have plays the other team might use in the game that you would practice defending or defenses they would run and how to beat them. The execution was bad, but the concept was nearly perfect.

Yes you can, but you can only improve players who are struggling. Each week there may be different positions you are allowed to improve, based on your staff and opponent.
