Losers online!!!
You know, It really irks me when someone can't accept a loss.
I am 1-5.
I am playing this guy and he is Buffalo and I am Denver.
He has home field advantage.
I can't move the freakin' ball at all, it is snowing and no one is catching a thing.
He goes up 9-0 pretty quickly. He plays a good game of football mixing up his plays alot and I can't figure him out. So we go into halftime, me (Denver) being down 9-0.
I get the ball first and drive the ball down to his 30. He picks it off. He essentially goes 3 and out (I think I got him figured out) He punts the ball back to me. I now have the ball on my 30. He's blitzing alot so I throw a quick screen to Lelie. Wham, one spin move and I score. 9-7.
He starts moving the ball. In fact he is doing the no huddle thing (Drives me nuts) I get him to 3rd and 3. On the next play I sack his ***, right up the middle. He punts.
I start moving the ball (Still the 3rd Quarter) and get to the 50 yrd line with a 3rd and 9. I hit Rod Smith on a Post and he takes it home. I am now up 14-9.
He now gets the ball and tries to throw every down. I sack him nearly every time. And then. I sack him for a Safety. I am now up 16-9.
He then pauses the game. And offers me a friendly quit. I don't accept. He free kicks it to me, and he pauses the game again. Then he lets the CPU pick his play (So it takes longer)...He stuffs me 3 times and I punt back to him.
He has the ball, 1st and 10. What does he do? He takes a delay of game penalty., Then again, then again, then he quit.
What gets me, is he was only down by 7 points. Play the freaking game...
I was pissed because I am only 1-5 and this woulda been 2 wins for me....
But he ruined my experience and now I am tired...
Sorry for the rant. I must sleep now.
OH, BTW, do I get the win if he quit?
