Madden 15 MUT how to change to 3-4 ?

I am having a hard time on MUT changing my scheme to a 3-4. I am using the jets defensive play book and rex ryan but it keeps giving me 2 DTs, RE and LE. How do I change it to 1 DT and RE LE and 2 MLBs? Thanks

DT1 is your starter. DT2 is the backup.
MLB1 & MLB2 are your LILB and RILB players.
I'm not sure how they let the depth chart look like this but ... as it goes.
