Ultimate Team Packs missing?

anyone not able to get there 3 ultimate team packs after entering the code? also, i don't think i received the free pack for completing the "defense skills tutorial" - i DID get one for the offense, but not after i completed defense - in another menu i see that i SHOULD have - but i didn't.

anyone have any of these issues? how did you proceed?

Happened to about 50% of us... EA has no answers or ETA on a fix.

I called and ea rep said they were supposed to have an update last night but I still don't have my packs either so I may call back again. It's frustrating for sure.
