My entire squad is full of 'unidentified players'. (Madden 16)

How do I fix this? I've opened some of the starter packs and all my cards are 'unidentified'. They're just a picture of the grey cutout default guy.

When I go into a game I can see my players. Hasslebeck is my QB for example. It's very frustrating though. Can I fix this? Ultimate team is pretty much unplayable for me thanks to this. I tried a 'generate best line up' but no luck.

I'm on EA early access, Xbox One.

Not sure if it's happening to everyone, or just some, but there are reports from many people that it's happening to them (myself included).

Have not seen anything official from EA about it, but unofficially have seen some references to EA working on a fix.

it's annoying, to say the least, that's for sure!

I was having the same issue last night. I couldn't see what players I got from any of my packs, just what their rating was. I didn't have any idea who was on my team until I played a solo challenge. I hope they fix this soon.

It's confirmed by EA that they are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it. I too am being affected by this. It sucks but I'm sure they will do something quick, the game technically isn't out until the 25th, as long as I can see my players then, Ill be happy.

Problem was fixed overnight for me...everything is A-OK!
