Pre order code not working

This is my first time trying to play mut mode. I'm usually a franchise guy. Wanted to break from the norm. Just picked it up from gamestop but everytime I go to put the code in for the packs it says invalid. Any suggestions ?

Same thing is happening to me! I'm hoping it's just some kind of server glitch or something. I'm gonna try again in the coming days. Let me know if you get it to work!

My worked, for the most part. I got the pro packs but not the Playmaker pack. I was supposed to get two playmaker packs, one for Pre-Order and for the Deluxe Edition. Only received one of them. All other packs came through ok.

I think we still only get one playmaker pack even with the preorder of deluxe edition. I pre-ordered off amazon assuming I would also get the 10 pro packs and additional playmaker pack those who pre-ordered standard will receive, plus the deluxe edition content that I did pay extra for, but i'm now finding that not to be the case. A little upset by this, i'm paying extra to receive the deluxe edition content, therefore I should still be entitled the content that those who are not paying additional receive.

I heard on a MUT preview video that you receive 1 Pro-Pack each week for 10 weeks, and not 10 right away to discourage people having better teams. Not sure if it is true as I have not had the chance to redeem my code yet.

I think they do this because new content is being released weekly.... If they gave you all your packs now if you got any good cards they'd be useless in a month or two
