I just opened a pack today, and got a Joe Horn top game week 10 card. What exactly does that do? Is it used as a regular card or what? It says elite on it so I know it pretty valuable. Would you suggest selling it?

They're a part of a set of collectables to eventually get Joe a horn, the player.
