    Chronicles of Galahad (WoW/Gurubashi)

This forum has been lacking as far as content lately, and I know there are probably other MMO players out there that would like to shoot the breeze about their characters (and maybe learn a few things along the way), so I thought it might be fun to run a thread similar to the Dynasty threads here on OS. Having just created Galahad, a warrior on Gurubashi, I figured it might be cool to chronicle his growth as a character and see whether it's as corny as it sounds, or whether it will be a decent read. I'm a chronic alt-aholic so this thread is subject to cancellation at any time, but I figure tracking my progress might make me stick with one character for a while. That being said:

Galahad was "born" on February 1st, 2006. Created as a human warrior (what else?), he'll be taking the dual-wield approach to fighting, and experiencing as much PvP as possible in the later levels. Starting in the Ashford Abbey zone, snuggled within Elwynn Forest, Galahad has been harrassing the kobold and Red Defias Brotherhood groups incessantly. From camp to camp, bandit to bandit, countless enemies fall to his sword. His strength grows by the minute:

When he feels strong enough, Galahad will then trek to the snowy Dwarven lands of Dun Morogh, to complete more quests and adventures there. The plans are to become an accomplished miner and sell the stacks of ore on the Auction House to fund the Warrior path, and we'll see how out of hand this gets lol...

    Re: Chronicles of Galahad (WoW/Gurubashi)

    From the journal of Galahad:

"Today I arrived in the frigid lands of Dun Morogh, home to the good-natured dwarves. Upon entering Coldridge Valley, I immediately headed to Anvilmar to stock up on supplies and re-outfit myself. A few locals were huddled around a fire in a camp on the outskirts of the settlement, and they sent me on a few trivial tasks; gathering hides, culling the local Trogg population, and other assorted tasks not fit for a warrior. I humored them, however, and met their needs to the best of my ability".

    Galahad arrives in Dun Morogh

"Before I knew it, I was knee-deep in trouble with the local Troll population and was forced to overthrow their leader, Grik'nar the Cold. Once I completed that task, I pushed onward to Kharanos and a small mining encampment close by. Locals are crying for help at every corner, so I'm gathering this little spot may keep me busy for quite some time..."

very nicely done Terry, I'll be following along...Don't have the time to really get into WoW again, but it was really fun while I lasted, I think I know Dun Morogh by heart at this point

Nice work Terry. I have still been playing this game since we all picked at launch. I Rolled a Priest on the that server if Galahad needs a running mate. If past experience with Warriors holds true you will need some healing in these lower levels

So is Gallahad dead? Maybe he got eaten by a dragon? I'm starting to get worried. Did a gnome take advantage of him?

He got lonely, took his own life, and is now traversing the land as a walking corpse in the Undead lands

So are you going to update this with his info? The undead "Gallahad"?

I was wondering how long a re-roll would take
