I won't lie... I've been playing a lot of 2k4 lately and those animations are pretty impressive, even by today's standards. The stutter steps and setting up runs behind the line with the r-stick is by far and away the best running game on the market today.
I'm not necessarily a huge fan of the passing game, but man I could run on every down in that game and just have a blast. I like putting game speed on slow and stringing up some nice combination moves, sliding in and out between the tackles. -

Man I use to run it with gale Sayers and oj Simpsons was super super fun he felt like super man in a football uniform I had so many breakaway to the house in all pro
