A blast from the past that I was hoping would return someday.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Very bizarre! Not one month ago, I was researching its history (and de-evolution from the cartoony fun that the original games were), and formulating plans of recreating the old kind of game myself (honestly, with the help of AI, as I don't have the time or manpower to handle such a big task myself). I was just going to steal sprites from the game if need be.
Looks like I don't need to do so! This is absolutely wonderful!
By the way, I am indeed a fan of the ones with MLB players (2001 and 2003).
