After further testing
-new changes tested H/L/W (75/50/60) tested - West Ham (Low defensive line) - new changes caused CDM to be inactive in defense, reverted back to default sim values
-Marking reduced to 90 - good balance with tracking n not over commit
-FT to 52

In a quest to get realistic speed of players, it was impossible since the football field is not 1:1 scale.

99 acceleration may not be for everyone but it sets the slider apart, stamina management required but not broken. Plus defenders are reactive

Attacking is challenging - its not easy to beat world class since your players stats influence your dribbling etc
Build up is realistic - AI plays to their tactic - no forced tactics with AI behavioral slider
Defending is tough - positional awareness required
Pace matters but not unbeatable with smart defending
Players stats matter
Great set also for CPU vs CPU

Eliminated acceleration and with surprising results, coupled with realistic sprint speed.
The new Height length doesnt effect the defense line but actually allow defenders to track back instead of statically awaiting on the attackers
Length its something i need to test more.
I may change the H/L/W as further testing required

(kill the speed and you have a flat ball with no physics - funny enough speed 50 is much faster n unrealistic to 51)

(i believe if you go lower then 50 in severity ,you lose the random variety)

-keeping H/L/W - 55/50/45
(I found it created actually much more balanced spacing instead of artificially bunching players up together which also created a void in the midfield and on the flanks )

higher speed of passes - allows for tempo variation like in real life
-team like man city can play at high tempo with good control

• I normally play on Legendary so World Class is a step down in competitiveness. This can be seen at both ends of the game, with the CPU not getting as many goals as they should while conceding more than they should. I played with Player Based Difficulty off but in retrospect I should have turned it on for more competitive games.
• Despite your Tackle Aggression being set to 1 the CPU still gets some good tackles in. It wasn't as bad as I initially suspected.
• Because Tackle Aggression is so low I don't think we'll see much in the way of slide tackles which will make your lower injury sliders that much worse. If you're set on keeping Tackle Aggression this low, I would increase the frequency of injuries at the very least.
• I like the increase of Speed but I think you may have overdone it a bit. The CPU seems to love the increase in speed and their attacks seem a lot better. This also helps them defend quite a lot. With Matt's sliders, I was blamed for using the Precision Pass feature and told not to use it by Matt. With these sliders, that is less of a problem because the CPU can actually close down the space. Huge kudos for that. I can actually play how I want to without supposedly breaking the game with manual passes.
• Width seems a little high.
• I'm a fan of touch error being 99 for the human player. I hope it isn't gimping the CPU too much though.

Tackle aggression couples well with the marking set to 75 - you still see slide tackles but only in more expected situations

Speed at 46 - was set due to the real life reference . It can range from 44-46 but need further test as it may unbalance the set.

I do agree with you the new acceleration had profound effects on defending mainly especially when I like world class but they were too slow. Now WC is reactive.

Width may need adjusting , to maybe 55

You can try on legendary difficulty but it’s untested grounds
I prefer just increasing difficulty to turn on player diff

But overall hope these set n others, brings closer to realistic gameplay
I see Matt just dropped new slider , with increase acceleration n FT error . Which is good sign n similar to my findings, we all thriving to achieve one goal

I still feel you need realistic speed of players , I’ve done tests n comparisons, speed 35 is not realistic. Just a handicap, that’s my opinion.

WoodsFC please feel free to adjust the sliders n post video of gameplay as that actually maybe more realistic.

Btw what did you think of the behavioral sliders I posted?
It’s different to yours , behavioral sliders can also really affect the pace of the game

It’s something that still needs more help with testing to get a good overall balance but I feel like you need a base slider set first. For example if I tried my behavioral set with Matt OS sliders it will differ .

i liked buildup speed being at 55 as it encouraged the CPU to make some great passes and it making me question whether I should increase it for my custom set. The only problem is if the passes go forward that fast, the CPU's striker can be isolated so they are essentially passing into a dead end if the striker can't score by themself.

also when I said i had a problem with speed, it might actually be the acceleration, I was just seeing some unexpected dribbles going more forward than I would like, I don't have that big of problem with the top speed. I'd still tick it down a couple as Sainz has a pace around ~80 but it felt closer to ~90
