Or just go get openoffice (http://www.openoffice.org). It's pretty much Office, but free and can read and save all Office formats.

You can download a free trial from Microsoft if you need it, it works for like 90 days or something like that.

I also use Open Office and it works just fine. Be careful with those free trials, you use them for the 90 days and then dont buy it, all of your files are read only and cant be edited within the Microsoft Office suit anyways, using Open Office will allow you to alter them however but if you will need it eventually anyways then you might as well just get it now.

Unless you need to get real elaborate with the current Office program, you can grab Office 97 or 2000 for pretty much dirt cheap.

Like some other people said, I would just DL Open Office. I have Microsoft Office on my computer and I don't even use it because I like Open Office more.
